SCANPAN Impact Induction Roaster measures 42x26x11cm, including handles, and is constructed from stainless steel. Its 35x24x6cm rack makes it ideal for induction cooktops, boasting secure riveted handles and a drip-free pouring rim for optimal heat distribution. Featuring a two-tone matte and polished appearance, it's oven-safe up to 220/250°C with or without lid.

- It is also an elegant piece of cookware that and can be taken from the oven to cooktop to tabletop with a stylish two tone matt/polished appearance.
- The new base ensures optimal heat distribution and is compatible with all energy sources including induction.
- The rim designs allows for drip-free pouring and the handles are secured with heavy duty rivets. The contemporary satin finish will compliment any kitchen decor.
- Oven-safe to 220/250 deg cel with/without lid.
Cleaning & Care
- Before First Use
- Wash the pan in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth/brush.
- Do not use harsh scourers.
- Routine Cleaning
- After cooking, do not put cold water in hot pan ; wait until cool, remove all food and fat residue using hot soapy water and nylon cloth/brush ; Heat tint or streak marks can be caused by excessive high heat.
- Do NOT use excessive high heat. To remove streak marks, mix 2 table spoons of bi-carb soda with water to create a paste. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in circular motion, then rinse off as normal.
- Whilst the range is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to extend the life of the product.
Please Note when heating your cookware with the following options
GAS
- Do not apply high heat (excessive flames). Always ensure the flame does not extend up the side wall of the cookware, as this could cause damage and/or excessive heat on the handles themselves.
- Gas cooktops may have uneven surfaces and should never be left unattended.
Electric/Standard
- Ceramic/halogen cooktops - always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.
- Permanent marks may result if this is not done.
Electric/Induction
- Induction cooktops - always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.
- Permanent marks may result if this is not done.
- Not all SCANPAN STRATANIUM non-stick cookware is suitable for induction technology. Refer to product packaging.
- Do not use surge or boost function. This will expose your cookware to excessive and intense heat and will void your warranty

• $10 for Interstate Metro
• $12.50-15 for Country Regional

We aim to pack your order as soon as possible, within 1-3 business days. However, delays may be incurred due to limited staff.
Delivery speeds are dependent on our courier Australia Post, however, we expect:
• 2-5 business days for NSW orders
• 3-5 business for interstate metro orders
• Additional time may be required for interstate regional orders.

Please submit your claim via email explaining the problem in details, supported by photograph and description of the issues. This can help to speed up the claim procedure.
STELL & GLASS will arrange a reply-paid postage return for any returns that fall under the above refund policy.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase, as it must be presented when returning goods.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
We stock premium kitchenware and cookware, many of which have their own warranties, some are for a lifetime! In some circumstances, some cookware brands and items that were purchased a significant time ago, we may need to send your product to the distributor for assessment. They will usually assess the nature of the fault and then determine the appropriate action based on the warranty.
We will endeavour to keep your waiting time for Warranty Claims as short as possible.
STEEL & GLASS makes extra effort to help our valuable clients and resolve the issues where there is no warranty on any other products like gadgets and based on common sense.
